Michael J. McBride, Esq. has been practicing law since 1998 and has specialized in medical malpractice litigation since joining Philip F. Mattia & Associates in 1999. He graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1997. During his time at Seton Hall, he interned at the Environmental Protection Agency in New York City. In 1997, he was admitted to the New Jersey Bar as well as the United States District Court. In 2011, he became a partner at Mattia & McBride, formerly Philip F. Mattia & Associates.
Mr. McBride has been involved in all stages of the litigation process, representing physicians in all medical specialties, nurses and hospitals. He has experience at both the state and federal court levels and has successfully defended medical professionals at jury trials.
